The tool holder guide is disposed so as to cover at least part of the tool holder and is detachably coupled to the tool holder, and, while coupled to the tool holder, is advanced forwards upon receiving the first external force transmitted from the tool holder, and is detached rearwards from the tool holder such that the tool can be disengaged from a medically affected area by means of second external force provided to the tool holder from the outside.
