B3 유산균을 접종하며, 접종할 때에는 버섯 추출액 100 중량부에 상기 유산균 균주 1~5중량부를 접종한 다음 30~38℃의 온도에서 발효시킨다.본 발명에 따라 제조된 가바 성분이 함유된 유산발효액을 이용하는 경우 가바(GABA) 효능인 신체의 다양한 신진대사 효과를 증진시켜 주며, 항산화 효과로 인하여 인체에 유익한 영향을 주게 된다.
