The present invention relates to a fixation body for an angle crown, the fixation body which has a body unit and a head unit formed to be attached to and detached from each other to enable the fixation body to be inserted in the angle crown and can be inserted in the angle crown in a manner that the head unit and body unit are inserted in an upper side and lower side of the crown, respectively, and then are joined unlike an existing method for joining an angle crown to a fixture in a forcible manner since a fixation body cannot be inserted in the angle crown having an insertion hole formed to have a typically fixed angle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fixation body for an angle crown having a body unit and a head unit formed as detachable and attachable types, a fixation body driver, and an implant placement method using the same. The fixation body for an angle crown comprises: the body unit (11) which is formed in a cylindrical shape, and comprises a first screw unit (11a) on the upper end outer circumference and a second screw unit (11b) on the lower end outer circumference while first and second screw units have different directionality； and the head unit (12) which has a first hexagon groove (12a) on an upper side and a joining hole (12b) on a lower side and is joined to the first screw unit.본 발명은 전형적으로 일정한 각도로 이루어진 삽입홀을 갖는 앵글 크라운에 고정체를 삽입할 수 없어 억지 끼움으로 일관하던 기존의 앵글 크라운과 픽스츄어 간의 결합 방식에서 벗어나, 앵글 크라운에 고정체를 삽입할 수 있도록 고정체의 몸체부와 머리부가 서로 탈부착 가능하게 구성되고, 머리부와 몸체부를 각각 크라운의 상측과 하측으로 인입한 뒤 상호 체결하는 방식으로 앵글 크라운에 고정체를 삽입할 수 있는 앵글 크라운용 고정체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원기둥의 형태로 상단 외주연에 제1나사부(11a)와, 하단 외주연에 제2나사부(11b)로 이루어지되, 제1,2나사부는 서로 다른 방향성을 갖는 몸체부(11)；와, 상면에 제1육각홈(12a) 및 저면에 결합홀(12b)이 구비되어 제1나사부와 결합하는 머리부(12)；로 형성되어 몸체부와 머리부가 탈·부착형으로 구성되는 앵글 크라운용 고정체 및 고정체 드라이버와 이를 이용한 임플란트 식립방법에 관한 것이다.
