PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure which combines loading properties of a load and getting-on/off properties of an article to be loaded by a winch and can suitably ensure a space for setting the winch.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 includes: a first floor member 10 a second floor member 30 which is provided between the first floor member 10 and a vehicle body rear part opening 5 and constitutes a floor that is lower than the first floor member 10 an inclined plate 50A which is provided on the second floor member 30, is mainly constituted of the first floor member 10, and continuously inclines downward from a rear end part of the first floor toward a rear end part of the second floor and a winch 60 which is provided between the second floor member 30 and the inclined plate 50A and can draw a wheelchair 100.
