Accordingly, the present invention makes easy natural enemy prevention, a group hibernation execution step by step, a proper temperature control, and oxygen supply in water, prevents death from pressures, and induces a group spawning at a desirable period to facilitate systematical increase and management. A spawning ground comprises: a water heater installed in an introducing port to automatically maintain the proper temperature of introduced water; a waterproof vinyl covering a crushed bottom for internal contamination prevention in the spawning ground; and a box type spawning frame having porous bottom and top surfaces open and providing four surfaces made of vinyl films. Accordingly, the present invention improves the temperature to be higher than ambient water temperature, controls frogs not to run to force amplexus, a spawning preparation step, and prevents water surface from flowing to build an optimum environment of spawning.
