PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive bandage having the effect of facilitating regeneration of the skin in a wound part.SOLUTION: An adhesive bandage includes a xerogel layer. The xerogel layer contains: a gelatinizer； elastin； and zinc. The gelatinizer contains collagen, and a moister content of the xerogel layer is 25% or less. The adhesive bandage includes a porous cushion sheet. The xerogel layer is laminated on the front surface side of the porous cushion sheet, on the rear surface side of the porous cushion sheet, or in the inside of the porous cushion sheet. The xerogel layer is preferably provided in which a content of the collagen is in a range of 40 mass% to 95 mass%, a content of the elastin is in a range of 0.1 mass% to 20 mass%, and a content of the zinc is in a range of 0.001 mass% to 0.1 mass%. The xerogel layer preferably includes a water absorptive polymer. Preferably, the adhesive bandage includes an adhesive sheet covering the rear surface side of the xerogel layer and the adhesive sheet includes an adhesive layer on its front surface side and a base material sheet on its rear surface side.【課題】本発明は、創傷部の皮膚の再生を促す効果をもつ絆創膏を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明による絆創膏は、キセロゲル層を備え、上記キセロゲル層が、ゲル化剤、エラスチン及び亜鉛を含有し、上記ゲル化剤がコラーゲンを含み、上記キセロゲル層の含水率が２５％以下である。当該絆創膏は、多孔質性クッションシートを備え、上記キセロゲル層が上記多孔質性クッションシートの表面側、裏面側又は内部に積層されているとよい。上記キセロゲル層における上記コラーゲンの含有量が４０質量％以上９５質量％以下、上記エラスチンの含有量が０．１質量％以上２０質量％以下、上記亜鉛の含有量が０．００１質量％以上０．１質量％以下であるとよい。上記キセロゲル層が吸水性ポリマーを含むとよい。当該絆創膏は、上記キセロゲル層の裏面側を覆う粘着シートを備え、上記粘着シートが表面側の粘着剤層と裏面側の基材シートとを有するとよい。【選択図】図１
