The present invention relates to an anticancer drug resistance regulatory gene and a use of the same. The composition according to the present invention comprises a caspase activation and recruitment domain family member 6 (CARD6) or nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 1 (NSD1) protein, or a gene encoding the protein as an effective component, and through suppression of the expression of the gene, acquisition of anticancer drug resistance and an increase in survival rate of cancer cells were experimentally confirmed. Thus, the composition according to the present invention may be beneficially used for a more effective target treatment in the treatment of cancer.본 발명은 항암제 내성 조절 유전자 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 CARD6 (caspase activation and recruitment domain family, member 6) 또는 NSD1 (nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 1) 단백질, 또는 상기 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 유효성분으로 포함하며, 상기 유전자의 발현 억제에 의한 항암제 내성 획득 및 암세포 생존율 증가를 실험적으로 확인하였는바, 암 치료에 있어서, 보다 효과적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
