PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an image processing apparatus capable of analyzing a contrast effect with oxygen in a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprises a sequence control unit 120 and an analyzer 133b. The sequence control unit 120 collects magnetic resonance signals of an imaging target region having a cerebrospinal fluid flowing therethrough, in plural time phases within a period of oxygen inhalation by a subject.
