PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide-wire insertion assist device responding to a case where optionally installing and using a catheter and a guide wire having different outside diameters.SOLUTION: The guide-wire insertion assist device 10 used for inserting a guide wire 16 into a catheter 15 includes a catheter guide plate 11 and a guide-wire guide plate 12. The catheter guide plate 11 is formed with a plurality of catheter guide grooves C with different widths at fixed intervals and a plurality of holes 13 at fixed intervals. The guide-wire guide plate 12 is formed with a plurality of guide-wire guide grooves G with different widths at the same intervals to those of the plurality of catheter guide grooves C and a plurality of projections 14 engageable with the plurality of holes 13 at the same intervals to those of the holes 13. A hole 13 and a projection 14 are engaged to each another to communicate an optional catheter guide groove C with an optional guide-wire guide groove G.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 外径の異なるカテーテルとガイドワイヤとを任意に組み付けて用いる場合でも対応できるガイドワイヤ挿入補助具を提供すること。【解決手段】 ガイドワイヤ16をカテーテル15に挿入するために用いるガイドワイヤ挿入補助具10を、カテーテル案内板11とガイドワイヤ案内板と12で構成した。カテーテル案内板11に、幅の異なる複数のカテーテル案内溝Cを一定間隔で形成するとともに、複数の穴部13を一定間隔で形成した。また、ガイドワイヤ案内板と12に、幅の異なる複数のガイドワイヤ案内溝Gを複数のカテーテル案内溝Cと同じ間隔で形成するとともに、複数の穴部13に対して係合可能な複数の突起14を穴部13と同じ間隔で形成した。そして、穴部13に突起14を係合させることにより、任意のカテーテル案内溝Cと任意のガイドワイヤ案内溝Gとを連通させることができるようにした。【選択図】 図1
