PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a moisture content of the lip and heighten a moisture retention effect by emitting positive/negative ions of high concentration to the circumference of the lip.SOLUTION: A beauty instrument 1 generates positive/negative ions from air by electric discharge in air, and emits the positive/negative ions to the outside. The beauty instrument 1 is fixed to clothing near the face of a user, and an outlet of the beauty instrument 1 turns to the lip of the user.
