To provide a training tool which can be easily gripped by a user and which facilitates training.SOLUTION: A training tool 100 comprises an operation grip body 101 gripped by a user. The operation grip body 101 comprises: a vertical grip part 102； a horizontal grip part 103； and a reception body 104, and is provided on an upper end of a standing rod 110 extending in a rod-state. The standing rod 110 is supported in a state in which a lower end part of the standing rod can be inclined by a standing rod support body 120 formed of a ball joint. The standing rod support body 120 is supported to an upper part of a support body pedestal 130 having a support surface 131 formed of an inclined surface.
