The cleansing composition of the present invention comprises of therapeutically and synergistically effective amount of green gram, red gram, rice powder, egg albumin, rose petals, tulsi, karbogarasi, neem leaf powder, korai kizhangu, poolan kizhangu, nilavarai, sandal wood, devadaru wood, vasambu, turmeric, henna and vettiver. The present invention also discloses method of preparation of novel synergistic polyherbal multipurpose cleansing formulation and product thereof.
