The present invention provides a mutant of E. coli heat-labile toxin and method of manufacturing the same. The manufacturing method and products thereof are performed by conducting site-directed mutagenesis on E. coli heat-labile toxin genes, replacing signal peptides of an A subunit and a B subunit included in the E. coli heat-labile toxin with signail peptides of E. coli outer membrane protein, and modifying signail peptides of E. coli outer membrane protein. In addition, the present invention has advantages including applying that in adjuvants and vaccines, making the same mass production, reducing the costs, and the like.本發明係提供一種突變型大腸桿菌忌熱毒素及其製備方法。該製備方法及其產物係透過大腸桿菌忌熱毒素基因之定點突變、將大腸桿菌忌熱毒素A次單位及B次單位之訊息胜肽置換為大腸桿菌外膜蛋白質之訊息胜肽、以及改造大腸桿菌外膜蛋白質訊息胜肽而達成。此外,本發明具有可應用於佐劑及疫苗,可使其大量生產且降低成本等優點。
