The positioning sleeve comprises a second positioning structure. The outer cylinder and the positioning sleeve are combined to each other through the combination of the first positioning structure of the outer cylinder and the second positioning structure of the positioning sleeve, and the outer cylinder is located at an initial position. As the outer cylinder is moved to a protection position from the initial position along the inner cylinder, the first positioning structure of the outer cylinder and the second positioning structure of the positioning sleeve are separated.
