The plant cultivation method, which comprises a first step for raising seedlings and a second step for fix-planting the seedlings in a field and cultivating therein, is characterized in that: in the first step, the cultivation is performed using artificial light exclusively； in the second step, the cultivation is performed using solar light exclusively； and the seedlings raised in the first step are sequentially transplanted into the field of the second step and cultivated therein.
