An optical measurement apparatus capable of obtaining a highly accurate stereoscopic image is provided. The radiation angle of the light beam is changed by controlling the rotational speed of two motors that respectively rotate and drive the first optical path conversion unit and the second optical path conversion unit, and the light beam is emitted to the front three-dimensional region. Three-dimensional data of the object to be measured is obtained by obtaining reflected light and calculating with a computer. Then, the amount of play (vibration) in the axial direction of a rotating mechanism such as a motor shaft that emits light rays is measured in real time, and the amount of play and play is subtracted from the three-dimensional image obtained by the computer to cancel them. Thus, a highly accurate stereoscopic image is obtained.
