The present invention relates to a method for producing a health beverage using fruits and Stachys sieboldii, which comprises the following steps: (a) steaming the Stachys sieboldii; (b) preparing a mixture by adding the Stachys sieboldii steamed in the step (a) to mixed fruits of apples, kiwis and watermelons; (c) separating juice from a juice extraction cake by juicing the mixture prepared in the step (b) and filtering the mixture; and (d) mixing the juice extraction cake separated in the step (c) with the juice separated in the step (c) and heat-treating the mixture, and to a mixed beverage using the fruits and the Stachys sieboldii manufactured by the method.
