An embodiment of the present invention relates to a seedling plate including multiple sponge units. Each of the sponge units includes: a concave groove formed on the center of a side surface； a pair of first through incision units intersecting each other on the concave groove to cut from one surface to the other surface； and multiple second through incision units which are radially spaced apart from the concave groove and cut from one surface to the other while being spaced apart from each other. Each of the sponge units also includes a connection unit to be at least partially integrated with one or more adjacent sponge units. The connection unit is cut to separate the sponge units from each other. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the efficiency, productivity, and convenience in the crop cultivation and supply.본 발명의 실시예는 모종판에 관한 것으로, 이는 일측면 중앙에 형성된 오목홈, 이 오목홈에서 서로 교차하여 일측면에서 타측면까지 절단형성되는 한 쌍의 제1관통절개부, 및 오목홈으로부터 방사상으로 이격됨과 동시에 서로 간격을 두고 일측면에서 타측면까지 절단형성되는 다수의 제2관통절개부를 포함한 다수의 스펀지 유닛이 배열되어 있으며, 각각의 스펀지 유닛이 인접한 적어도 하나의 다른 스펀지 유닛과 적어도 일부분이 일체로 되게 하는 연결부를 구비하여, 이 연결부를 절단함으로써 스펀지 유닛들이 서로 분리될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하여서, 작물의 재배 및 공급에 있어 효율성, 생산성, 편의성 등이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
