The present invention provides vitamin C granules which can be taken in megadoses by masking tastes thereof, a medicine comprising the same for oral administration, and a method for producing the vitamin C granules and the medicine. More specifically, the present invention relates to vitamin C granules which comprise: (a) a core including vitamin C or a mixture of vitamin C and xylitol； and (b) a coating layer consisting of butter or butter powder, enzyme-treated stevia, and one or more components selected from a group selectively comprising a sweetener, a colorant, and spices. According to the present invention, the vitamin C granules have outstanding appealing ability by masking unique sour tastes of vitamin C and is also excellent in terms of enhancing convenience of drinking.본 발명은 맛이 차폐되어 한꺼번에 다량 섭취가 가능한 비타민 C 과립, 이를 포함하는 경구용 약학 제제 및 이들을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 보다 구체적으로 (a) 비타민 C 또는 비타민 C와 자일리톨의 혼합물을 포함하는 코어 및 (b) 버터 또는 버터분말； 효소처리스테비아； 및 선택적으로 감미제, 착색제 및 향료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어진 코팅층을 포함하는 비타민 C 과립에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 비타민 C 과립은 비타민 C 특유의 신맛이 차폐되어 관능적 특성이 뛰어나고 음용의 편리성을 향상시켰다는 점에서 우수한 효과가 있다.
