摘要：: The present invention relates to 3-[(1,3-thiazol-4-ylmethoxyimino)(phenyl)methyl]-2-substituted-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5(2H)-one derivatives of formula (I), their process of preparation, their use as fungicide active agents, particularly in the form of fungicide compositions, and methods for the control of phytopathogenic fungi, notably of plants, using these compounds or compositions.本發明係關於式(I)之3-[(1,3-噻唑-4-基甲氧基亞胺)(苯基)甲基]-2-經取代之-1,2,4-二唑-5(2H)-酮衍生物、其製備方法、其尤其以殺真菌劑組合物之形式作為殺真菌劑活性劑的用途、及使用該等化合物或組合物控制特別是植物之植物病原性真菌的方法。
