To provide a method for producing instant food-type fermented soybean paste using sea urchin roe, by which the fermented soybean paste is easily stored and has no difficulty in circulation and has the feeling of the flavor of sea urchin roe: and to provide instant food-type fermented soybean paste produced by the method.

SOLUTION: The method for producing instant food-type fermented soybean paste using sea urchin roe comprises: a step of pulverizing frozen-dried sea urchin roe to prepare pulverized sea urchin roe a step of producing a fermented soybean paste mixture by admixing 16-30 pts.wt of the pulverized sea urchin roe to 100 pts.wt of conventional fermented soybean paste aged for at least one year a step of freezing/drying the fermented soybean paste mixture for 15-20 hours so as to have a water content of 5-10% and a step of packaging the frozen/dried fermented soybean paste mixture.
