The present invention relates to a vegetation retaining wall structure and, more particularly, to a vegetation retaining wall structure which installs a steel net and other parts on the inclined surface of reinforced soil upon the construction of a retaining wall when a retaining wall is constructed, thus making plants grow and preventing the reinforced soil from collapsing. According to the present invention, the vegetation retaining wall structure includes: a bottom portion (100) formed horizontally in a shape of a net to form the bottom surface of the structure； an upper and lower supporting portion (200) connected to the edge of the bottom portion (100) to prevent soil and sand (10) from falling down on a slant surface and formed in a shape of a net while being connected to the edge of the bottom portion (100) to be erected vertically； a rotary shaft (300) formed in a shape of a rod on the connection portion between the bottom portion (100) and the upper and lower supporting portion (200) to form a shaft around which the upper and lower supporting portion (200) rotates； and a deviation prevention plate (400) disposed between the upper and lower supporting portion (200) and the soil and sand (10) to allow a plurality of plant seeds (30) to be scattered on the portion coming in contact with the soil and sand (10).본 발명은 식생옹벽 구조물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 옹벽의 구축시 보강토의 경사진 면을 철망과 그에 따른 구성을 통하여 식물이 생장할 수 있도록 하면서도 흙이 무너져 내리지 않도록 하는 식생옹벽 구조물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 식생옹벽 구조물은, 그물망형태로 수평방향으로 형성되어 바닥면을 이루는 바닥부(100)； 비탈면에서 토사(10)가 흘러내리는 것을 차단하기 위해 상기 바닥부(100)의 테두리에 연결되면서 그물망형태로 형성되어 상하방향으로 세워지는 상하지지부(200)； 상기 바닥부(100)와 상하지지부(200)의 연결부위에 봉 형태로 형성되어 상기 상하지지부(200)가 회전되는 축을 이루는 회전축(300)； 및 상기 상하지지부(200)와 상기 토사(10)의 사이에 배치되되, 상기 토사(10)와 밀착되는 부위에 다수 개의 식물의 씨앗(30)이 산발적으로 배치되는 판 형태의 이탈방지판(400)；을 포함한다.
