PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid leak prevention underpants including incontinence underpants in which a pad fitting part has a reinforcement effect however, parts other than the pad fitting part are stretchable and easily fitted to a body of a user.SOLUTION: The liquid leak prevention underpants include an underpants body 11 comprising a pad fitting part 12 formed of a material hard to stretch and parts other than the pad fitting part 12 formed of a stretchable material. Alternatively, a pad 21 includes a bank laterally formed along a groin line and has plasticity and a retaining property. The pad 21 changes an amount of absorptive gel according to a site. Alternatively, the pad 21 changes the amount of the absorptive gel according to a site so as to increase the absorptive gel at a part (a) corresponding to a water content discharge part, such as urine of a human body, compared with the other parts.
