The present invention provides a neutron capture therapy system for removing amyloid beta-protein, which comprises a neutron capture therapy device and a compound containing nuclides with large thermal neutron capture crossed section capable of heterogeneous bonding with amyloid beta-protein. The neutron capture therapy device comprises a neutron source, a beam shaping body and a collimator. The neutrons released from the neutron source passing the beam shaping body will be decelerated as a neutron beam within a certain energy range. The neutron beam irradiates on the compound and the energy generated by the reaction may destroy the structure of amyloid beta-protein.
