A knee replacement system for implantation in a knee joint of a patient, comprising: a knee replacement implant including a femoral implant for implantation on a femur of the patient and a tibial implant for implantation on a tibia of the patient, the femoral implant including a lateral condyle portion, and the tibial implant including a lateral weight bearing surface, wherein the tibial lateral weight bearing surface includes at least one convex weight bearing surface portion in a generally anteroposterior direction.
