To allow an operator to perform measurement using an ultrasonic image easily.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device includes a scan unit, a generation unit, an acquisition unit, a processing unit, and a display control unit. The scan unit performs an ultrasonic scan for a region including a part of a fetus. The generation unit generates an ultrasonic image on the basis of a result of the ultrasonic scan. The acquisition unit acquires an explanation image schematically indicating the part of the fetus. The processing unit performs processing of at least either rotation or inversion for the explanation image on the basis of an analysis result of the ultrasonic image.
