PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low-temperature and time-dependent stability of adenosine easily depositing under a low temperature in an aerosol formulation.SOLUTION: A raw solution of the aerosol containing the following ingredients (1)-(3) is provided: (1) 1.0-5.0 mass% adenosine based on the base solution, (2) 0-15.0 mass% polyhydric alcohol based on the base solution and (3) 20.0-70.0 mass% lower alcohol based on the base solution.
