High yield telmisartan can be produced, excellent quality can be obtained by reducing decomposition product generation, and mass production is possible, and thus it is highly commercially available. Therefore, the solid dispersion of the telmisartan novel crystalline polymorph of the present invention is expected to be very useful for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products, since the storage stability and solubility can be improved and synthesized in a high yield.본 발명의 텔미사르탄 고체 분산체 및 이의 제조방법은 낮은 수율, 다단계 합성의 복잡한 공정 및 값비싼 원료의 사용을 요구하는 종래의 방법과는 달리, 상대적으로 저렴한 원료를 이용하여 단순하고 짧은 단계로 높은 수율의 텔미사르탄을 제조할 수 있고, 분해산물 발생 저감을 통해 우수한 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 대량 생산이 가능하여 상업적으로 이용가능성이 높다. 따라서 본 발명의 텔미사르탄 신규 결정 다형체의 고체 분산체는 보관 안정성 및 용해도가 향상되고, 높은 수율로 합성할 수 있어, 의약품 제조에 있어 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
