PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary packaging body such that contained medicine can be easily and securely taken out to be used.SOLUTION: A secondary packaging body 1 containing medicine C comprises a container 10 having a reception space S opened upward and a lid body 20 connected to the container 10. The lid body 20 comprises a lid plate 21 holding a PTP packaging body 30 where a storage part containing the medicine C swells, the lid body 21 rotating through a hinge structure 25 to be in an open state to open the reception space S upwardly and in a closed state to cover the reception part S from above.
