The present invention relates to a fancy item using ultraviolet LED (light emitting diode) lamp and infrared (LED) lamp for sterilization and drying of accessories including nails and mobile phones, By using LED lamps instead of the conventional germicidal fluorescent UV lamps, the structure is simple, cost saving and energy saving, as well as miniaturizing the volume to be implemented as fancy goods. Infrared (LED) lamps were added for quick drying of paint for nail art. The power supply is easy to use by allowing the use of both rechargeable AC battery and general dry battery power.본 고안은 손톱과 핸드폰을 포함하는 악세사리의 살균과 건조를 위하여 자외선 LED(light emitting diode)램프와 적외선(LED)램프를 이용한 팬시용품에 관한 것으로써,기존의 살균용 형광등식 자외선 램프를 대체하여 엘이디(LED)램프를 사용함으로써 그 구조가 간단하고, 원가절감과 에너지 절약은 물론 부피를 소형화하여 팬시용품으로 구현한 것이다.손톱아트를 위한 페인트칠의 빠른 건조를 위하여 적외선(LED)램프를 추가하여 기능을 추가 시켰다.전원은 충전식 교류 배터리나 일반용건전지 전원을 모두 사용할 수 있게 하여 사용이 편리하게 하였으며 휴대가 자유롭게 소형화하여 팬시용품화 하였다.
