The present disclosure relates to a method for generating an insertion trajectory of a medical device, regarding a method for generating an insertion trajectory of a medical device from an entry point to a target, which comprises the steps of: preparing an image of an object for a surgical procedure comprising a target and a non-permitted region of invasion； selecting an initial insertion region comprising an insertion trajectory； selecting an initial insertion region having a 3D-column shape with the reduced cross-sectional area as close to the target； determining whether to overlap the initial insertion region and the non-permitted region of invasion； and generating a safe insertion region with the initial insertion region reduced to avoid overlapping.본 개시는 삽입점(entry point)으로부터 타겟(target)까지의 의료 디바이스의 삽입 경로의 생성 방법에서, 타겟 및 침습 불허 영역을 포함하는 시술 대상의 영상이 준비되는 단계； 삽입 경로를 포함하는 초기 삽입 영역이 지정되는 단계；로서, 타겟에 가까워질수록 단면적이 감소하는 3차원 기둥 형상을 가지는 초기 삽입 영역이 지정되는 단계； 초기 삽입 영역과 침습 불허 영역과의 교차여부가 판단되는 단계； 그리고 교차를 피하도록 초기 삽입 영역이 축소되어 안전 삽입 영역이 생성되는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 디바이스의 삽입 경로의 생성 방법에 관한 것이다.
