PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in blood pressure measurement accuracy, which is caused by using a sphygmometer in a state where it is not mounted on a correct position in a wrist.SOLUTION: The sphygmometer 1 is constituted to integrate a cuff 2 and a sphygmometer body 3. The sphygmometer body 3 includes a mark 10 on an end surface at a wrist side, which is a guide for correctly mounting the sphygmometer 1 on the writ 9. The mark 10, having a reverse triangular shape, is arranged in the substantially center part of the end surface at the wrist side in the sphygmometer body 3. A subject mounts the sphygmometer 1 on the wrist 9, so as to allow the mark 10 to indicate the width direction center of the wrist 9. In this case, the cuff 2 is wound at a right position without deviating in the circumferential direction of the wrist 9. Consequently, blood pressure is measured in a state where the deviation in the circumferential direction is prevented, so as to obtain a highly accurate measurement value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】手首血圧計が、手首の正しい位置に装着されていない状態で使用されることによる血圧測定精度の低下を防止する。【解決手段】手首血圧計1は、カフ帯2と血圧計本体3とが一体となるように構成されている。血圧計本体3は、手首側端面に手首血圧計1を手首9に正しく巻き付ける目安となる目印部10を備える。目印部10は、逆三角形状であり血圧計本体3の手首側端面の略中央部に設けられている。被測定者は、目印部10が手首9の幅方向中央を指すようにして、手首血圧計1を手首9に装着する。このとき、カフ帯2は、手首9の周方向にずれることなく正しい位置に巻き付けられる。これにより、手首血圧計1は、周方向へのずれが生じない状態で血圧を測定することができるため、高精度の測定値を得ることが可能となる。【選択図】図2
