The manipulation shaft member is inserted into the multiple coiled sheath so that the manipulation shaft member can be advanced and retracted. The multiple coiled sheath section has a fixing portion that is arranged at intervals in a longitudinal direction and regulates a first relative movement between the plurality of element wires and a second relative movement between a part of the wire bundle that are adjacent to each other as being spirally wound.
