PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device capable of setting a load relief ratio or a load relief amount by a simple method.SOLUTION: An exercise device 1 includes a chamber 10 having an opening 12 which allows a user 40 to enter and leave it, a seal member 20 which closes the opening 12 of the chamber 10 airtight, a pressure control unit 30 which pressurizes the inside of the chamber 10, and an exercise apparatus 2 accommodated inside the chamber 10, and relieves a prescribed load from the body weight of the user 40 by pressurizing the inside of the chamber 10 with a prescribed pressure. The size of the seal member 20 can be selected in accordance with the physique of the user 40.
