The present invention relates to an oral preparation of pirfenidone, having improved tableting characteristics. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, pirfenidone having an average particle size in a specific range, and a method for preparing an oral administration preparation comprising the composition and having improved tableting characteristics. When preparing a unit dosage by using the pharmaceutical composition containing pirfenidone having an average particle size range, according to the present invention, a high dose of pirfenidone can be included per unit dosage because of excellent tableting characteristics due to remarkable compressibility, a high dose preparation, which conventionally has been difficult to prepare, can be prepared, and low drug-taking compliance caused by the administration of pirfenidone can be greatly improved, and thus the present invention is very useful in the development of an oral administration preparation of pirfenidone.La présente invention concerne une préparation à administration par voie orale de pirfénidone, présentant des caractéristiques améliorées de formation de comprimés.
