An device for maintaining a moisture cavity surrounding the eye of a user is provided which employs a flexible body configured for positioning on the face of the user with a cavity defined by a curved sidewall positioned in front of each eye of the user. The cavity prevents communication of the exterior atmosphere with the air within the cavity and thereby maintains an environment in each cavity suitable to maintain natural eye moisture. The body is configurable to engage to the face of the user concurrent with the engagement of a CPAP device and may be adapted for engagement as part of the CPAP device. Curved sidewalls forming each cavity are optically correct and transparent to maintain the vision of the user during use.Linvention concerne un dispositif destiné à maintenir lhumidité dans une cavité entourant loeil dun utilisateur et qui utilise un corps souple conçu pour se positionner sur le visage de lutilisateur, une cavité étant définie par une paroi latérale incurvée positionnée en face de chaque oeil de lutilisateur. La cavité empêche quil y ait communication de latmosphère extérieure avec lair se trouvant à lintérieur de celle-ci et, de ce fait, un environnement est maintenu dans chaque cavité adaptée à maintenir lhumidité naturelle de loeil. Le corps peut être conçu pour venir en contact avec le visage de lutilisateur simultanément à la mise en contact dun dispositif de ventilation en PPC et peut être adapté pour venir en contact en tant que partie du dispositif de ventilation en PPC. Des parois latérales incurvées formant chaque cavité sont optiquement correctes et transparentes pour que lutilisateur conserve la vision pendant lutilisation du dispositif.
