The present invention relates to a composition containing a fraction of a Moutan Radicis Cortex extract, which can be advantageously used in the prevention or treatment of liver diseases. In the present invention, it was specifically verified that the use of the composition can effectively reduce the blood ALT concentration, inhibit the increase of TLR4 or IL-1β protein expression in the liver, and also inhibit the lipid peroxidation in the liver, and thus, it is expected that the composition can attain target therapy through a more fundamental approach in the prevention or treatment of liver diseases.La présente invention concerne une composition contenant une fraction dun extrait de Moutan Radicis Cortex, pouvant être avantageusement utilisée dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies hépatiques. Dans la présente invention, il a été spécifiquement vérifié que lutilisation de la composition permet de réduire efficacement la concentration en sérum glutamopyruvique transaminase (SGPT) dans le sang, dinhiber laugmentation de lexpression de protéines TLR4 ou IL-1β dans le foie, et également dinhiber la peroxydation des lipides dans le foie, et ainsi, il est attendu que la composition permette dobtenir une thérapie cible par une approche plus fondamentale dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies hépatiques.본 발명은 간질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 목단피 (Moutan Radicis Cortex) 추출물의 분획물을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 상기 조성물을 이용하여 혈중 ALT 농도를 효과적으로 감소시키고, 간장 내 TLR4 또는 IL-1β 단백질 발현의 증가를 억제시키며, 간장 내 지질과산화 또한 억제시킬 수 있음을 구체적으로 확인하였는바, 간질환의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
