PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption informing device excellent in the reliability even though the structure is simple.SOLUTION: A master unit 100 transmits 11 the quantity of consumed energy via a plurality of antennas 12 to a slave unit 200. A position measuring instrument 19 of the slave unit 200 measures the position of the slave unit 200 based on the strength of received electric waves 18, and transmits 18 the measured position to the master unit 100. A calculator 13 of the master unit 100 calculates the speed of the slave unit 200 based on the history of the received 11 position of the slave unit 200 and calculates the quantity of energy consumed by a user, and transmits 11 the result of calculation to the slave unit 200.
