PURPOSE: Functional black garlic pills and a producing method thereof are provided to offer functional components contained in black beans and green tea to the black garlic pills. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional black garlic pills comprises the following steps: crushing black garlic with the water content of 1-20wt% of into 10-100 meshes； crushing steamed and fermented black beans with the water content of 1-10wt% of into 50-200 meshes； mixing 100 parts of black garlic powder by weight and 10-400 parts of steamed and fermented black bean powder by weight to obtain a black garlic mixture； mixing 100 parts of purified water by weight and 0.1-10 parts of green tea extract by weight to obtain a green tea mixture； mixing 100 parts of black garlic mixture by weight and 5-20 parts of green tea mixture, and molding pills using the mixture； and drying the obtained pills at 40-80 deg. C for 4-48 hours.
