The present disclosure provides methods for the treatment of neurological diseases/disorders using neural stem cells (NSCs) obtained from a spinal cord tissue. The methods may include the use of a NSC population to treat a neurological disease/disorder of the brain. Such methods may include introducing exogenously cultured and expanded NSCs into the brain, which differentiate into neurons capable of integrating in vivo into the brain tissue in a sufficient manner to ameliorate the symptoms associated with the neurological disease/disorder.본 개시내용은 척수 조직으로부터 수득한 신경 줄기 세포 (NSC)를 이용하여 신경계 질환/장애를 치료하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법은 NSC 집단을 이용하여 뇌의 신경계 질환/장애를 치료하는 것을 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 방법은 외인성 배양 및 증대된 NSC를 뇌로 도입하는 것을 포함할 수 있고, NSC는 신경계 질환/장애와 관련된 증상을 완화시키기에 충분한 방식으로 생체 내에서 뇌 조직으로 통합될 수 있는 뉴런으로 분화한다.
