FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing articles used as filter elements for cleaning liquid mixtures of impurities of different consistency, in particular raw milk from mechanical and bacteriological impurities, and can be used in various branches of agriculture and industry. In the disclosed method of producing a filtering element for cleaning impurities from liquid mixtures, involving placing polymer material into an extruder batcher, melting it to a plastic homogeneous mass, feeding to an extruder head, supplying air to the extruder head, forming at least one thread, winding said thread to form a tubular structure with a group of channels extending from the outer surface to the flat surface of the filter element, heating the head of the extruder with a heating element, forming several independent groups of layers, successively on separate extruders with identical, constant operating modes, each group of layers, starting from the internal, formed with increased diameter of thread compared to previous group of layers. Extruder head is heated to temperature of 240±5 °C. To increase diameter of thread in each subsequent group of layers by 40 mcm, starting from diameter of thread of 70 mcm in inner group of layers, reducing pressure of air supplied to head of extruder, from first to next extruders by 10 kPa, starting from 80 kPa, bringing thread diameter in the latter group of layers is up to 150 mcm. Air is fed to the extruder head at temperature of 50…60 °C along arc 45…50°.
