PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolable electric heating electrode, and to provide a continuous electric-heating device having the same.SOLUTION: The continuous electric-heating device includes heating units each having a plurality of electrodes and spacer tubes, and each of the inner walls of which forms a heated flow path for subjecting a food material to electrical heating while transferring the material in flowing condition. The electrodes include electrodes each provided with a cooling medium flow path.
