PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic peeling device which allows a massive amount of peeling treatment to be safely and reliably performed at a time in a short period of time without damage to ingredient, with enhanced energy conservation.SOLUTION: The automatic peeling device includes: a rotary structure 4 which rotates around a rotation axis 2 and a plurality of shafts 6 for peeling, which follow the rotation movement of the rotary structure, revolving around the rotation axis, rotating at the same time. The neighboring shafts for peeling form a gap G1 therebetween through which the shell of a shelled product alone is allowed to pass and the ingredient is not allowed to pass.
