PURPOSE: A mobile body monitoring system is provided to enable the accurate measurement of a body using values sensed from four measuring instruments. CONSTITUTION: A mobile body monitoring system(100) comprises a main body(110) for a wrist, a wrist measuring instrument(130), a first ankle measuring instrument(150), and a second ankle measuring instrument(170). The main body is put on one wrist of a user and monitors the state of a body. The wrist measuring instrument is put on the other wrist of the user and monitors the state of the body. The first ankle measuring instrument is put on one ankle of the user and monitors the state of the body. The second ankle measuring instrument is put on the other ankle of the user and monitors the state of the body.본 발명은 휴대용 신체 모니터링 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 착용 및 휴대가 편리하여 운동할 시에 휴대하기가 좋을 뿐 아니라 다기능을 지원할 수 있는 휴대용 신체 모니터링 시스템에 관한 기술이 개시된다.
