PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide procedures for optionally changing the direction, shape or tightness/looseness of a convergent part.

SOLUTION: An oscillation part 30 to oscillate in the direction CD is disposed in the paths of a plurality of slender elastic members 13 toward a first nip roll 20, and passages 31 in the direction MD at least in the number equivalent to the number of the slender elastic members 13 are disposed at intervals in the direction CD. A guide body located in one side of the plurality of slender elastic members in the direction CD are disposed in the vicinity of the downstream side of the passages 31 in the oscillation part 30 in such a way as movable in the direction CD. The plurality of slender elastic members 13 are independently inserted into the respective passages 31, and the plurality of slender elastic members 13 are further inserted into one side of the guide body 32 in the direction CD, then guided to the first nip roll 20. The plurality of slender elastic members 13, while oscillated with the oscillation of the oscillation part 30, are made to abut to the guide body 32 moving in the direction CD, so that the slender elastic members 13 are converged.
