Referring to an isolated Antibody or Antigen binding Fragment of the same, that specifically binds to an epitope in the Kunitz Domain 2 (K2) of the tissue factor Pathway inhibitor (TFPI)And inhibit the activity of the same.It also relates to a method to reduce the Bleeding time, which comprises administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount.These are useful for treating Bleeding Disorders and to reduce clotting time, such is the case of haemophilia A, Hemophilia B, Platelet Disorder, among others.Referido a un anticuerpo aislado, o fragmento de union a antigeno del mismo, que se une de manera especifica a un epitope en el Dominio Kunitz 2 (K2) del Inhibidor de Via del Factor Tisular (TFPI), e inhiben una actividad del mismo. Tambien se refiere a un metodo para reducir el tiempo de sangrado, que comprende administrar a un sujeto que necesita de la misma, una cantidad terapeuticamente efectiva. Estos son utiles para tratar trastornos hemorragicos y reducir el tiempo de coagulacion, tal es el caso de la hemofilia A, Hemofilia B, Trastorno plaquetario, entre otros.
