PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agonists of guanylate cyclase useful for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, inflammation, cancer and other disorders.SOLUTION: The invention provides a novel guanylate cyclase-C agonist peptide and a use thereof in treating of human disorders including gastrointestinal disorder, inflammation, or cancer (e.g., gastrointestinal cancer). The peptide may be administered alone or with cGMP dependent phosphodiesterase inhibitor. The gastrointestinal disorder may be classified into irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, or excessive acidity. The gastrointestinal disease may be classified into either of inflammatory bowel disease or other GI conditions (including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) and cancer.【課題】胃腸の障害、炎症、癌および他の障害の処置に有用なグアニル酸シクラーゼのアゴニストの提供。【解決手段】本発明は、新規グアニル酸シクラーゼ－Ｃアゴニストペプチド、および胃腸の障害、炎症または癌（例えば、胃腸癌）をはじめとしたヒト疾患の処置におけるそれらの使用を提供する。本ペプチドは、単独で投与され得るか、またはｃＧＭＰ依存性ホスホジエステラーゼのインヒビターとともに投与され得る。その胃腸の障害は、過敏性腸症候群、便秘または過剰酸性などに分類され得る。その胃腸の疾患は、炎症性腸疾患または他のＧＩ状態（クローン病および潰瘍性大腸炎を含む）のいずれかおよび癌に分類され得る。【選択図】図５
