PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a sufficient amount of a physiologically active substance to be sent to adhere onto a processing object in a biological lumen.SOLUTION: A treatment device 10 includes: a shaft 12 to be inserted into a blood vessel and a processing unit 16 for allowing a physiologically active substance 22 to adhere onto a treatment region on an inner surface of a blood vessel.
