PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can prevent leakage of an excreted liquid by fitting to various movements of a body and eliminates discomfort due to stiffness of an absorber.SOLUTION: An absorbent article in the invention is partitioned into a front body section in contact with an abdominal part of a wearer, a back body section in contact with a back part of the wearer, and a crotch part positioned between the front body section and the back body section in a longitudinal direction, and includes an absorber arranged from the front body section to the back body section and a plurality of elastic members which are provided in a longitudinal direction end part region in both or one of the front body section and the back body section and extend in a width direction. In the absorbent article, both or one of longitudinal direction end part regions of the absorber is a narrow width region which is narrower in a width than a back and abdominal maximum width of the absorber.
