PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracranial pressure measuring apparatus and an intracranial pressure measuring method capable of measuring intracranial pressure in real time without imposing a burden on a person to be measured.SOLUTION: An intracranial pressure measuring apparatus 1 includes a carotid pulse sensor 10 for detecting a carotid pulse as a carotid pulse sound pressure level CSPL, an external acoustic meatus pulse wave sensor 20 for detecting an external acoustic meatus pulse wave as an external acoustic meatus pulse wave sound pressure level ERSPL, and a calculation part 30 for calculating intracranial pressure ICP based on the carotid pulse sound pressure level CSPL and the external acoustic meatus pulse wave sound pressure level ERSPL.
